• Assist client with devices. e.g. walker, cane, wheelchair
  • Take client for a walk Assist with bathing/shower and dressing
  • Meals preparation and snacks
  • Assist client with feeding if necessary
  • Assist with personal grooming and toileting
  • Assist with oral care
  • Medications reminders and assistance -Support with mobility and light range of motions exercises
  • Bathroom break
  • Ensure client is dry and clean (perineal care)
  • Light housekeeping
  • Engage clients in brain stimulating activities and exercises e.g. Puzzle, words find, gardening, and other activities that align with the client’s interest.
  • Support with mobility and light range of motions exercises
  • Provide temporary relieve to the primary caregiver, enabling them to have a break and manage personal appointments, work commitment, or focus on self-care
  • Turn and reposition client every 2-3 hours to prevent skin breakdown
  • Post -surgery care
